It's about the issues Erik had with getting the domain gopets.com. I think in total, the court awarded Erik with $118,000 and gave him the domain...

I think it was an unfortunate distraction. Erik seemed to think the domain was important for GoPets, but I don't think it made any difference. I think Erik should have concentrated on publicizing GoPets, not putting effort into a lawsuit. But it's water under the bridge now. Looks like Zynga currently has the domain, so if they ever do anything with GoPets it's there.
