Perfect World

I've just been introduced to this game by my stepdaughter and it's strangely compelling!

It's kinda hard to get the hang of to be sure but I like the fact that I have a flying Elf and that I can quest around as much as I want and take out my stress on unsuspecting baddies hehehe

Does anyone else play it?

I've been wanting to try this. I downloaded it and SilkRoad Online downstairs. I tried Silkroad but somehow the quests seemed broken for me - I couldn't find anymore quest givers, and I asked multiple times but not one offered help so I never could continue out of the main starter areas in that game.

I heard the character creation in Perfect World was super!

I love the character creation in Perfect World. The only downside is that once you've downloaded it, when you run it for teh first time it takes forever to patch up but once it has the graphics are amazing!

Hven't tried thsi one but i have played Silk Road and i never liked it.The quests are a bit too hard since it takes some time to find what you need.NAd the graphics aren't that great.

I'll have to try Perfect World soon XD

wow sounds like i have a new game to try

I was going to try it several months back but I had a problem getting that darned thing to install and play properly. After installing and reinstalling, trying to get the game to load, I gave up.

I have a pretty fast machine, near top of the line and it still takes me near 2 hours to patch in to be able to play it but I think the gameplay and the graphics more than make up for it and they have a wiki too which helped me no end when I was questing round the first time.

Like I said, the patching in sucks butt but it's worth it in the end
