Looks like just the idea was purchased according to Beani, not GoPets exactly so...I'm not too hopeful that our files and pets will be saved and such.

Well i doubt they would start new or make things diffrent.I think they payed alot to get the idea so why would they bother to start from scatch.Especially since the game still has a small user base which will probably keep paying for the service knowing it's in diff hands.

They most likely will save money if they invest to get a better code base and keep the accounts data or whatever it is At least that is what i'm hoping for XD

Sepa has chimed in on that thread and was full of doom and gloom. Erik said things were confidential until the company decides what to do with GoPets, but Sepa is saying that GoPets won't continue in its current form.

Sepa is a jerk.He never understood the game play nor did he cared to try to.And yet now he thinks he has teh right to tell us to shut up when we speak the truth.Since truth always hurts.That attitude pissed me off.

I'm glad Erik isn't posting and Sepa should do just liek him and stfu instead of posting all that crap.UGH

And now i have no idea what will happen to the game.We just have to wait and see and most of all hope that those who did bought it will be kind enough to post on the forum what they will do.But since most companies forget that ppl do put emotions in these type of games i doubt they will bother to do that.

*sigh* I really hope that GoPets will carry on in one form or another.
