What's everyone's plans for this Halloween? Will you be going trick-or-treating? A Halloween party? Stuck at home studying? Or perhaps you intend to just dressing up in costume and wait to scare little kids?

I will be home. Or maybe I'll sneak out and see whether Towers of Midnight by Robert Jordan and Brandon Sanderson is out early in some bookstores. lol. I won't be in costume, but I suppose if I ever decided to wear a costume, I would like to wear something like this: http://www.dragonmount.com/Books/Towers_of_Midnight/trailer.php

It's a book trailer for Towers of Midnight. I like the costume that the actress wore. She plays one of the minor characters in this series. The cloak looks so pretty and mysterious, and the jewelry looks so nice and elegant. Very Happy Maybe I'll start rereading The Wheel of Time series. I was realizing how much I had forgotten.

On the other hand, I do have an exam coming up the following week that I need to study for. Sad

Our house is all decorated - Halloween decorating is like a warm-up for the insanity of Christmas decorating in our house. Because we live in the country though, we won't get many trick-or-treaters - only got one last year, lol. But I bought some mini-M&M packs just in case - oh no, what will I do with the extra candy if no one comes??? Wink

I won't go trick or treating, but in my apartment complex, which is a lot like a vacation resort or camp grounds complete with deer, Smile , the little children get all dressed up and have a parade around the complex and tenants go out with their candy and hand it out to the kids, and then the kids gather in the community room and have a party. So I'll be out there with my snickers bars handing them out. The kidlets are So adorable. If anything is left over, I always know where to get rid of it - my brother-in-law. He Loves Halloween leftovers and is really really sad when they don't have any at his house, Lol.

lol. My father buys candy (cheap chocolates, really) each year. I don't know why he bothers. We've had 0 trick-or-treaters in the past several years. I end up eating our Halloween leftovers because no one else in the family does.
